Door-to-Door Shipping We are responsible for arranging ocean freight, destination customs clearance, and inland transportation from our factory in China to your specified final address. This is our core service. You do not need to arrange anything by yourself. Once the goods arrive at the destination port, you only need to prepare a forklift for unloading.
Full Container Load Shipping (FCL) If your order can fill a 20ft or 40ft container, FCL shipping offers better cost efficiency and faster transportation. A 20ft container can usually hold about 68 cubic meters of goods.
Less than Container Load Shipping (LCL) If your cargo volume is not enough to fill a full container, we can consolidate your goods with other customers’ cargo for shipping. The cost will be calculated based on the volume of your goods.
Customs Clearance Service We handle import customs clearance procedures at your destination port, such as the Port of Los Angeles. Import duties will be paid by you, the importer, according to your country’s customs regulations. We will provide the customs invoice for duty payment.
Document Support We provide all required documents for transportation and customs clearance. Some documents, such as certain customs clearance documents, may only be issued by the government or relevant authorities after the goods are shipped. We will provide them in time once available.
